Continuum of Care Application Available for Public Review

The HPC coordinates the submission, ranking and application for the federal Continuum of Care (CoC) funding through the Department of Housing and Urban Development. On October 26, 2011 the Homeless Planning Council of Delaware submitted the 2011 Continuum of Care application for funding of Supportive Housing Programs from U.S. Housing and Urban Development.
