Member Benefits:

Members of the Homeless Planning Council are entitled to: 

• Have one vote in the election of board members and on any other matter of business coming before the membership at any General or Annual meeting of the HPC
• Eligibility to hold office within the organization or appointment to a standing committee
• Access to HPC communications including newsletters, advocacy alerts, web based communications and other resources
• Access to other housing organizations in Delaware
• Access to housing program data maintained by HPC
• Mentoring and technical assistance in the development or operation of programs directed toward the homeless population
• Access to funding alerts and other program funding information provided by HPC.
