Preventing and ending homelessness through collaboration and coordination.

The Homeless Planning Council is merging with the Delaware Housing Coalition to create a new organization, Housing Alliance Delaware. Housing Alliance Delaware is committed to addressing Delaware’s homeless and housing issues through coordination, data collection, research, and advocacy. The Homeless Planning Council of Delaware is an independent statewide non-profit that works to strengthen the support system for people who are homeless. Through collaboration with stakeholders, data collection, and coordination of funding, the HPC of DE strives to create a shared vision to remedy homelessness in Delaware.
