Preventing and ending homelessness through collaboration and coordination.

The Homeless Planning Council of Delaware is an independent statewide non-profit that works to strengthen the support system for people who are homeless. Through collaboration with stakeholders, data collection, and coordination of funding, the HPC of DE strives to create a shared vision to remedy homelessness in Delaware.

2011 Point-in-Time Data

Every year, the Homeless Planning Council of Delaware conducts a one-night count of Delaware's Homeless Population.  The data for the 2011 Count is now available.
